The Best Brow Lifts for Patients in Seaport and Surrounding Boston Areas

What is a Brow Lift?

A brow lift, also known as a forehead rejuvenation, is a popular cosmetic procedure that lifts the brows. Oftentimes people choose to receive a brow lift when they have a low, sagging brow or overall brow asymmetry. It is a wonderful way to achieve a more youthful look that also increases confidence. Seaport Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Tim Osborn, utilizes advanced techniques with the most innovative technologies to ensure our brow lift procedures lead to an improvement of the appearance of the forehead and provide a more youthful overall appearance. We consistently see patients that also have improved self-esteem and self-confidence.

Why are Brow Lifts Done?

As we age our brows tend to lower or move down. This occurs as soft tissue with the skin loses its elasticity, resulting in shortened distance between the eyebrows and eyelashes. This results in a tired, angry and/or sad appearance. Over the course of time this can result in sagging upper eyelids as well. A brow lift raises the eyebrows and restores, refreshes and elevates for a more youthful appearance.

Different Types of Brow Lifts

We believe every treatment should be customized to your specific wants and needs. That means every new patient receives a fully comprehensive and customized approach to ensure the finest experience before and after your brow lift procedure. The following are some examples of the different brow lifts we perform at the office:

Coronal Brow Lift.

Tiny incisions behind the hairline that go across the top of your head. These usually go from ear to ear but primarily on the top of your head. Dr. Osborn will then lift the forehead into its new position.

Endoscopic Brow Lift.

Tiny incisions behind the hairline. Dr. Osborn then places a long, thin like tube that has a light and tiny camera into one of the incisions. This advanced technique allows our patients to receive fantastic brow lift results.

Hairline Brow Lift.

Tiny incisions between the top of your forehead and the beginning of the hairline. Dr. Osborn then removes a small amount of skin and tissue using the latest technologies available in plastic surgery.
